Your Journey With Us
Reach Out
Fill out our waitlist form or give us a call. There's no commitment at this stage — just a chance for us to listen, learn a little about your child, and understand your concerns. We respond to every inquiry personally.
Free Consultation
We'll schedule a phone or video call to understand your family's needs, answer your questions about ABA therapy, and discuss whether our services are the right fit. This conversation is completely free and completely pressure-free.
Insurance Verification
Our team handles the paperwork. We'll verify your insurance benefits, explain your coverage, and walk you through any out-of-pocket costs before you commit to anything. No surprises.
Assessment
A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) conducts a thorough evaluation of your child's skills, strengths, and areas for growth. Your observations and priorities directly shape this process — because you know your child best.
Treatment Plan Development
Based on the assessment, your BCBA develops a treatment plan with specific, achievable goals. Your input matters — we build plans around your family's priorities, routines, and values.
Begin Therapy
Sessions begin with a trained Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) under BCBA supervision. You'll receive regular updates, clear progress reports, and ongoing parent coaching to support your child's development at home.
What to Expect
Session Duration
Sessions typically range from 2 to 4 hours, depending on your child's age, needs, and treatment plan. Frequency is tailored to maximize progress while fitting your family's schedule.
Session Frequency
Most children benefit from multiple sessions per week. Your BCBA will recommend a schedule based on your child's assessment and goals.
Parent Involvement
Parents are essential partners. We provide regular coaching sessions and practical tools so you can reinforce skills at home and feel confident supporting your child's growth — because the greatest gains happen when clinic structure and home life work together.
Progress Reviews
Your BCBA reviews your child's data regularly and adjusts the treatment plan as needed. You'll always understand what's improving and why — no guessing, no wondering.
Real Partnership, Real Progress
Early intervention doesn't stop when a session ends. The greatest gains happen when clinic structure and home life work together.
We provide consistent parent coaching and practical tools so you feel confident supporting your child outside of sessions. We set achievable goals together — and we work together to reach them. That's partnership.
You know your child best. Your observations, priorities, and goals directly shape the treatment plan. You won't just watch from the sidelines — you'll be an integral part of your child's growth.
